[Arcus-s3-users] Arcus downtime 2025-08-11

Dear Arcus S3 users,

the electrical work has concluded, but we have encountered a problem
restarting essential network equipment which Arcus connects to.
Arcus will continue to be unavailable until the problem is solved.

We have come up with a few possible solutions to the problem, but they all
take time to implement.  The chance of Arcus becoming available today
(Monday) is low.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
