[Arcus-s3-users] Arcus S3 downtime 2025-01-14--2025-01-15

The downtime has concluded early, and you are now welcome to use S3 on
Arcus again.  (Some of you may have noticed that the S3 service has been
going up and down some times yesterday and today during the update
process, but you can now expect it to stay up.)

If you notice any problems after this update,
write to smhi-support at nsc.liu.se and describe them.
