Please note that there is updated information regarding the use of the
netcdf 4.3.2 libraries on Bi at

NSC suspects that there is a bug in the Intel 15.0.1.133 compiler that
manifests itself when building the shared Fortran library for NetCDF. We
recommend that you either

use netcdf/4.3.2-i1402-hdf5-1.8.14 instead

or

link statically against this version of NetCDF
