[Bi-users] New Accumulus filesystems available

Dear Bi and Accumulus users,

The latest generation of Accumulus filesystems are available for use:

    /nobackup/fouo5
    /nobackup/rossby19
    /nobackup/smhid12

No old filesystems are being turned off at this time, so it's up to
the groups and the representatives to discuss how they should be used
and what data should be moved.

The oldest generation of filesystems (smhid9, fouo2, rossby15 and
rossby16) are planned to be turned of some time during the later part
of this year. After the delivery of the next set of filesystems.
