[Bi-users] Downtime for some filesystems on the 9th and 21st

Dear Accumulus users,

This is a reminder that fouo2, rossby15, rossby16 and smhid9 will be
upgraded this afternoon, and will remain unavailable on any cluster
until the upgrade is complete.
