[Bi-users] Bi up again after power failure

Dear Bi Users,

at 07:30 CET this morning Bi (and large parts of Linköping) lost
power. It was restored at about 8:10 CET. Tests and some hardware
reconfiguring was completed at 09:00 CET, and users where let in on
the system again 10:10 CET.

The fact that the Bi login node was unavailable to the users during
this time was due to a power misconfiguration. That has been corrected
and the startup of the whole cluster should be faster if this ever
happens again.
