FYI, if you are using a grib_api/1.17.0-* module (otherwise you can
ignore this email),

On request from Andreas Carlsson, I have updated the definitions
in-place. The changes are the addition of a level type and a number of
parameters in the definition files.

If you have questions about the definition changes as such, please talk
