[Bi-users] smhid10 is full

Dear bi users,

/nobackup/smhid10 is now 100% full, which is bad in several ways, but
one of them is that jobs trying to use it will now get write failures
and truncated files if they try to write on it.

Don't be confused by the fact that df might say that there is ~300GiB
free. That's true in only the most technical sense, and if you are
unlucky with now the system allocates your file over the constituent
servers there isn't even 10 bytes available.

Please delete any old cruft you have on smhid10.
