[Bi-users] Planned downtime for Bi on 15 May

Hi,

due to electrial work in our Kärnhuset computer room, we need to
power down Bi during Wednesday 15 May 2019.

We will get back with more details as we get closer to that date,
but you can expect Bi to be powered down in the morning and to be back
in the evening.

This also affects the Accumulus storage, and the acadamic clusters
Tetralith and Sigma.
