[Bi-users] Change in the command 'projinfo'

Dear Bi users,

if you are using the command 'projinfo', please be aware of a change in
its output.  'projinfo' is a command that shows how much computational
time that has been consumed per group and user.  The command used to show
the consumption in thread hours.  This meant that the result had to be
divided by 2 on Bi in order to get core hours, since there are 2 threads
per core on Bi.

Since 2019-02-08, projinfo instead shows the consumption in core hours, so
the result shall no longer be divided by 2.

For more information on the projinfo command, run 'projinfo --help'.
