[Bi-users] Bi got larger tonight

Dear Bi Users,

as most production has moved away from Frost (to the new Stratus and
Cirrus clusters), we have now moved n[49-374] from Frost to Bi (and the
remaining nodes will be moved mid-April).

The node shares for groups participating in the fair share system (everbody
except group "fm") has been adjust accordingly.
