[Bi-users] New Accumulus Filesystems

Dear Accumulus storage users,

a new generation of Accumulus filesystems are available for use:

    /nobackup/rossby24
    /nobackup/smhid17

User and project directories has been created in accordance with 
previous filesystems with one difference. User directories are now 
located in users/ and projects in proj/
