[Bi-users] /hsm mounts on login nodes back

After another reboot of the /hsm server yesterday, we have now been able
to mount /hsm/smhid and /hsm/rossby on all Bi login nodes.

At the moment, we do not plan any login node reboots during the rest of
the week.
