[Bi-users] Bi down today ~ 20:50 - 21:35 CET due to power outage

Dear Bi Users,

due to a power outage in Kärnhuset at NSC, Bi was down from ~ 20:50 to
21:35 CET.

We are now back with all login nodes, and all computes nodes except
around 30 nodes (and we expect to be able to get the majority of them
back again next week).
