[Bi-users] Bi login node bi3 (aka bi) slowness, reboot tomorrow 9:30 CET

FYI,

login node bi3 seems slow for some operations and we have not found the
root cause yet.

If this causes problems for you, please use an interactive node, or one
of the other login nodes (bi1 och bi2) for now.

We have scheduled a reboot of bi3 for 2023-12-14 at 09:30 CET.
