[Bi-users] Network problems on Bi today, jobs killed

Dear Bi Users,

we had a problem with one of the central switches on Bi today, one that
also connects Bi and Accumulus together. To fix that, we needed to
reboot that switch, and that also caused running jobs to fail.

The problems began at or before 12:52 CET and were fixed (albeit with
jobs dead) ~ 13:35 CET.
