NSC-SMHI network upgrade on Tuesday April 7, 12:30 CEST

We have scheduled an upgrade on the network equipment connecting NSC and
SMHI. Due to the nature of the upgrade, there will be an interruption in
the traffic.

If everything goes according to plan, the traffic will only be affected
for a few minutes.  We would, however, like to reserve more time in case
we run into problems.

BEGINS:	  2009-04-07 12:30 CEST (10:30 UTC)
END:	  2009-04-07 15:15 CEST (13:15 UTC)

AFFECTS:  Traffic between SMHI and NSC systems (such as Bore, Gimle,
	  Dunder, Tornado, Vagn, Mars)
