[DTG-users] New filesystems available on Gimle, Tornado and Dunder

New filesystems have now been made available on the Gimle (old news for
some of you I guess), Tornado and Dunder compute clusters. They are:

Gimle and Dunder:
        /nobackup/fouo1
        /nobackup/smhid7
        /nobackup/rossby14

Tornado:
        /nobackup/rossby14
