[Dunder-users] dunder: new default mkl

The default Intel Math Kernel library (mkl) is now mkl/9.0p18_EM64T on 
dunder (the old was 7.2.1p3 EM64T). 

Note that applications that are dynamically linked with mkl will 
automatically use this new mkl-library if you do not explicitly load other 
mkl versions (e.g. in ~/.bashrc), since the new mkl module sets 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to /usr/local/intel/ict/3.0/cmkl/9.0/lib/em64t 

For example, you may change to a different mkl version with:
  module unload mkl
  module load mkl/8.1.1p4_EM64T
