[Dunder-users] dunder: /nobackup/rossby9 + /nobackup/smhid4

/nobackup/rossby9 and /nobackup/smhid4 are now available for readonly 
access for the time being while we are in the process of verifying the 
filesystem consistency of /nobackup/rossby9. /nobackup/smhid4 is 
consistent, but is mounted as readonly for technical reasons.
