[Dunder-users] Unexpected power-loss yesterday afternoon/evening

Dear user of Tornado and/or Dunder

Yesterday (Monday June 3rd) NSC suffered an unplanned and complete loss of 
external power. Power went out just before 17.00 and was restored around 35m 
later. Essentially all nodes on Tornado/Dunder were emergency stopped and the 
system wasn't fully back online until a few minutes after eight.
