[esgf-CORDEX] Swedish ESGF datanode esg-dn1.nsc.liu.se restored to service

Hello,

The Swedish ESGF datanode esg-dn1.nsc.liu.se has been restored to 
full operational status, after a major middleware upgrade. All of the 
23904 CORDEX datasets that we'd published so far have been made available 
again. Thank you for you patience!
