[esgf-CORDEX] Downtime notification for the Swedish ESGF index node esg-dn1.nsc.liu.se

All services offered by esg-dn1.nsc.liu.se, and all data published on 
esg-dn1.nsc.liu.se, have now been restored to service, as of yesterday.
