[Kappa-users] Short outage on Kappa today 16.40 - 17.20

The system server on Kappa failed at approx 16:40 today, which caused
problems with timeouts and inability to submit new jobs on Kappa.

After a power cycle everything seems to be up and running again, please
report any outstanding issues to support at nsc.liu.se.

NSC will investigate further tomorrow, to see if the cause of the outage
can be found.
