[Kappa-users] Restart of the Kappa login node tomorrow at 13:00

Dear Kappa users,

Tomorrow (2011-05-03) at 13:00 CEST the Kappa login node will be
restarted.

The downtime will probably be 5-15 minutes.

Running and queued batch jobs will not be affected. Running interactive
sessions will be terminated.

The cause of this downtime is that we are installing updates to the
operating system (CentOS 5.6). The compute nodes have already been updated
(this is done between jobs).

Please contact support at nsc.liu.se if you experience any problems after the
upgrade.
