[Krypton-users] cdo versions

Dear Krypton Pilot Testers,

Ulf Hansson reported problems with cdo 1.5.5 on Krypton
where "cdo monmean" resulted in segmentation faults.

A cdo 1.5.4 compiled in the same way works on Krypton.
A cdo 1.5.5 on Gimle, compiled like we compiled 1.5.4 there, also works.

After further testing, it seems that for cdo 1.5.5 on Krypton, if we
omit the -xAVX compiler flag, we no longer get the "cdo monmean"
segfault.

I've now recompiled and removed things, so that there are three cdo
versions on Krypton, that you can access with the modules

cdo/1.5.4-i1214-netcdf-4.2-hdf5-1.8.9-AVX-on
cdo/1.5.5-i1214-netcdf-4.2-hdf5-1.8.9-AVX-off
cdo/1.5.5-i1214-netcdf-4.2-hdf5-1.8.9-AVX-on

Feel free to help testing them further.
