[Krypton-users] File system smhid7 unplanned downtime tonight

Dear Accumulus Users,

server oss31, one of the servers for /nobackup/smhid7, became
unresponsive at ~19.30 today. We rebooted it at ~21.40, and it now seems
OK again.

Accessing files on /nobackup/smhid7 during the downtime has probably
caused the process to hang.
