[Krypton-users] Reminder about retireing storage and compute nodes

Dear Krypton and Accumulus users,

OLD FILESYSTEMS WILL BE RETIRED IN TWO WEEKS

As announced on September 5th the following filesystems will shortly be
retired, and their data will become permanently unavailable:

    /nobackup/fouo1
    /nobackup/rossby14
    /nobackup/smhid7
    /nobackup/smhid8

The deadline for copying data from the old filesystems was originally
October 6th, but has been extended to Friday October 17th.

If you need help with instructions on how to copy file refer to my earlier
mail or  feel free to contact NSC <smhi-support at nsc.liu.se>.


NEHALEM NODES TURNED OFF 2015-01-01

The Nehalem nodes on Krypton (partition "nehalem" with nodes n[301-428])
are scheduled to be turned off on 2015-01-01.
