[Matter-users] Kappa/Matter service stop 2014-08-26 09:00-13:00

Dear Kappa and Matter users,

Kappa and Matter are now fully available again (since around 14:00).

FYI: Due to a mistake/mislabelled switch, all power to the computer room
was lost, which resulted in a small delay in getting Kappa and Matter back
online.
