[monolith-users] System maintenance stop on Tuesday

Dear Monolith users,

Tuesday morning, November 18th, at 11:00 a.m. NSC will stop Monolith for
system maintenance.

We plan to have Monolith available again before 11:00 p.m. the same day.

There were some instability issues introduced with the installations
we made during the recent system maintenance stop, that we will try
to eliminate.
