[monolith-users] Monolith is now back in service

Dear Monolith user,

During this stop we (among other things) installed an improved qsub command. 
Here is a short list of changes that may be of interest:

* qsub now _requires_ you to use -lnodes=x:ppn=y (normally y==1)
* more verbose error messages in many situations

Since this is the first live deployment of this software we would very much 
appreciate if you would e-mail feedback, problems and/or comments to:

Monolith is now back in full service.
