[Nebula-users] Cooling problems at NSC affected Nebula last night

Dear Nebula users,

for your information,

we had cooling problems in the Hangaren computer room last night due to
district cooling failures following thunderstorms.

During this, to provide as much margin as possible for Stratus etc, we
stopped Nebula from starting new jobs and turned off idle nodes. No
running jobs were killed by us.

Nodes are up again and jobs starting since ~09:00 CEST.
