Dear Nebula users,

after discussion with the MET user representative, we have scheduled
network hardware maintenance. The maintenance window is:

  Wed 2019-11-20 12:00-13:00 CET

During the maintenance we expect a few shorter periods of loss of
network connectivity to the cluster.

The system should remain otherwise unaffected.
