[Nebula-users] Postponed (was: Nebula nodes unavailable 29 September)

Dear Nebula Users,

all the prerequisites for the test discussed below are not in place, so
it is cancelled.

That means that Nebula including compute nodes will be available as
usual on 29 September (we have removed the reservation of the nodes).

We'll get back to you when we know the new date for the test.
