[Nebula-users] Nebula nodes unavailable during 16 February 2021

Dear Nebula Users,

as you might remember we had planned for a UPS test last September, but
that had to be postponed. It has now been scheduled for 16 February.


To be able to achieve the correct power usage level for parts of the
test, we need to be able to turn off the Nebula nodes. Therefore, we have
reserved the Nebula nodes from 08:00 on 16 February. The nodes will be
returned to service later that day when the tests have been concluded.

Note:

1) The login node and the storage will be available during this time.

2) Jobs submitted in the week before the downtime need to have a
   suitable TimeLimit ("-t" option) specified in order to start. If the
   TimeLimit specified places the end time of a job beyond
   2021-02-16T08:00 it will not be started until after the downtime.
