[Nebula-users] Upgrade of Nebula tomorrow, May 15 11:00 CEST

Dear Nebula users,

Tomorrow May 15 at 11:00 CEST Nebula will take the final step in the
EL9 OS upgrade and all compute nodes will be moved from running EL8 to
EL9. The downtime will be 30 minutes, and when completed logging in to
"nebula.nsc.liu.se" will land you on the login node running EL9.

Jobs that are started on EL7 before the upgrade will be left to
complete, but new jobs will only be possible to start on EL9.

Logins to nebula1 (the EL7 login node) will be turned off and no cron
jobs will be started on it, so if you have something started via cron
on nebula1, make sure to move it to nebula2 before 11:00 tomorrow.
