[Nebula-users] Nebula downtime 2025-08-11

Dear Nebula users,

the electrical work has concluded, but we have encountered a problem
restarting essential network equipment which Nebula connects to.
Nebula will continue to be unavailable until the problem is solved.

We have come up with a few possible solutions to the problem, but they all
take time to implement.  The chance of Nebula becoming available today
(Monday) is low.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
