[Nebula-users] Unplanned downtime on Nebula

Dear Nebula users,

Due to a prolonged power outage effecting a large area around where 
Nebula is housed the UPSes did not have enough capacity to keep the 
cluster up until the power came back. This caused a several hour long 
downtime before lunch today. Most of the cluster is now back up, but any 
running jobs where lost and need to be requeued by you.
