[Nebula-users] Deadline for moving off Nebula: April 15

Dear Nebula users,

The deadline for leaving Nebula is moved to April 15. There are now
only 35 Nebula nodes left to use, while the number of active
Fahrenheit nodes has been increased to 40.

Note that the Nebula hardware is due to be decommissioned, so further
extensions are unlikely. Please bring up and issues with moving now.
