[Neolith-users] Temporary out of ScaliMPI licenses

To all Neolith test users.

We have unfortunately missed that one of the licenses for Scali MPI had 
run out, so until we manage to get a new one, it is highly probable that 
any application using Scali MPI will fail (there still is a small number 
of licenses available, but not enough for the whole neolith-partition).

We are very sorry for this. We will notify you when the new license is 
in place (hopefully later today).
