[Neolith-users] System service, Thursday

Dear Neolith users.

This Thursday (Feb 28th) there is a scheduled service stop of Neolith.
We estimate that the system will be back in production during the early 
afternoon the same day.

The login node will be accessible during most of the time, and jobs will 
not be affected.

During the reservation we will perform configuration and fail-over tests 
of a few central services in the cluster.
