Some extra information for Neolith users.

We still have planned downtime starting tomorrow at 08:00. Because of
this only jobs that can finish before 08:00 is allowed to start.

There were very few short jobs remaining in the queue after the power
outage. The result of this is that currently more than 700 compute nodes
is idle. If you have any short jobs, right now would be a very good time
to run them.

Also remember that all jobs that remain in the Neolith queue when the
cluster is shut down tomorrow at 08:00 will be removed, and you will
have to resubmit the jobs once the downtime is over.
