[Neolith-users] FYI: Outage on the Neolith login node now resolved

Just FYI: the Neolith login node (neolith1 a.k.a neolith.nsc.liu.se)
ran out of memory around 19:30 CET today, and from that point until it
was restarted at 20:00 CET it was probably unusable for most users.

No running or queued jobs in the batch queuing system were affected.
Everything should now be back to normal.

The cause was a single user accidentally running a very large number
of processes.
