[Neolith-users] Neolith changes next Thursday: longer wall time limit and more...

The wall time changes on Neolith are now completed. You can now run 7-day
jobs on Neolith!

The SLURM upgrade is also done. Unfortunately a glitch in the upgrade
process caused some running jobs (mostly Gaussian jobs) to fail. All
affected users have been notified separately.
