[NSC-users] Invitation: Graduate course in grid computing

The course "Grid Computing, 2p" is given at Linköping University
during January 10-18, 2005. The course is held jointly by the national
supercomputer centers NSC, HPC2N and PDC.

The course is aimed at students in the Swedish National Graduate
School in Scientific Computing (NGSSC), but will also admit a
limited number of other students. NGSSC and this course is funded
by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research (SSF).

The prerequisites are extensive experience in computer programming in
a Unix environment, and the following courses (or similar knowledge):
Numerical Analysis NGSSC, 3p, Introduction to High Performance
Computing NGSSC, 4p, Object-Oriented Scientific Programming NGSSC, 3p,
and Parallel algorithms with applications to scientific computing, 3p.
