[NSC-users] Unplanned system stop

Dear NSC users,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the cooling system in our
computer room failed at around 09:30 this morning. This caused most of
our systems to go down in an uncontrolled fashion.

We are currently working on restoring service.

We will engage in... discussions with the responsible parties to avoid
these kinds of incidents in the future.
