[NSC-users] NSC service interrupt sept 9 - sept 11

NSC resources are now back in full service. 

As we now are approaching the limit of our current computer room, we
have improved the humidity control to provide a better environment for
available computer resources.

During the maintenance stop we also took the opportunity to
upgrade the batch queueing system (torque) on several systems.
