[NSC-users] Power failure, updated information

Dear users.

The power is now back again.

The most recent power outage was caused by an electrician who by mistake 
trigged an emergency power shutdown mechanism in a local distribution 
substation.
We will focus on getting our compute and storage facilities back online 
as soon as possible. Any system specific information will be sent out to 
the corresponding mailing-lists.
