[NSC-users] Planned power outage - system downtime

Dear NSC user,

On April 3-4 there will be a planned power outage for the NSC computer
rooms at Linköping University, campus Valla. This means that most NSC
systems and storage will be unavailable.

The affected systems include:

  Neolith
  Mozart
  Storage
  Tornado
  Dunder
  Green
  Tank
  GridFTP
  Bluesmoke

and sundry smaller systems, including NSC web and e-mail services.

Neolith is planed to be taken down in the morning of April 3 and to be
available again the same evening.

Other systems are planed to be taken down at lunch time on April 3 and
expected to be back in operation in the evening of April 4.

We will do our best in order to keep a limited number of services, such
as the NSC web, e-mail and support, running on our Uninterruptible Power
Supply (UPS) system.
