[NSC-users] Downtime for NSC license server

On Wednesday February 10th, between 11:00 and 11:30, we will perform
maintenance on one of the license servers at NSC.  This will make it
impossible to use certain software at NSC during that time:

  - Intel compilers and debuggers
  - PGI (Portland Group) compilers
  - Allinea DDT debugger
  - Ansys (Fluent et.c)
  - Schroedinger (Jaguar)
  - Quantumwise ATK/VNL
  - TotalView debugger

On Triolith and Gamma, we will prevent jobs from starting during the
maintenance, so jobs that use e.g. Fluent or Schroeding should not
crash.  On Bi, we are *not* planning to do the same, but we don't
expect batch jobs on Bi to need those licenses.  (Frost has a
scheduled service stop during that time, so will not be affected.)
